fine employers that don't offer medical cause they hire less full time, only part & cut P.T. hours to avoid giving it.

Instead of charging a fine for people that don't have medical insurance (which is a oximoron, because if they could afford it in the first place they would get it) The problem lies with these big companies that will only hire, to start, part-time jobs and make it hard to advance to full time. Reason being is that they don't want to pay for medical. Big businesses can afford to give it from what I've seen. Even if you are a part time employee they cut your hours to where you don't qualify for medical because they have a clause that you must maintain a certain amount of hours to keep it. One month you will have medical and then the next month you don't. It's a way for the money hungry big business's to avoid putting out money for medical to thier employee's whom without us would not profit.
