It is challenging to accept the position that the IRS can not make a crucial deadline to migrate their computers off of Windows XP. During the same month the IRS fines others for not paying their taxes on time. The IRS has been aware of the situation for enough time to make the deadline. Please make the IRS explain why they haven't made the deadline. Please explain why they believe it is ok to spend more of the tax payers money so they can miss deadlines.
