Fine the media for reporting false information. In wake of the Sandy Hook coverage this NEEDS to be addressed.

I 100% agree with freedom of the press as we are approaching socialism as it is already. The problem is that the media is in the business of getting ratings, and a sensational breaking news story. Whether they have the correct information or not, the story makes the news without consequence, with little or no retractions.
