Fine the NRA for every instance of gun violence resulting in injury or death of a human being.

Create an incentive for the NRA to actively seek solutions to the epidemic of gun violence. The NRA receives funds from the sale of guns -- their stand of placing armed guards in every school would in effect increase funding to themselves. Let's create incentives in which the NRA will actively collaborate with community and citizen groups to find rational, real solutions to the unbearable pain and suffering resulting from gun violence.
