Fine or penalize American businesses that outsource jobs to other countries.

We believe the government needs to overhaul these big businesses that are outsourcing all of their jobs to other countries. Hard working Americans are losing their jobs all across this country because the greedy leaders of the businesses want to earn a little more money. If the government would impose strict fees/taxes or something of the sort to possibly deter this from happening. The fee imposed by congress should be so extravagant, that the cost savings by moving to India wouldn't be worth it. If something such as this were in play, not only do we believe it would keep the jobs here in America where they belong, but also if the business still wanted to go out of country, it would provide a significant revenue stream for tax and debt purposes.
