Fine repeated offenders that start "The Wave" at MLB games.

As any good baseball fan would know, "The Wave", is very prevalent at Major League Baseball games. "The Wave" consists of fans standing up and sitting down quickly, making the crowd look like a wave in the ocean, hence the name "The Wave". However "The Wave" is a distraction to everybody in the ballpark. The players are annoyed by it, those not participating cannot see the playing field, and those participating in it are not paying attention to the game. "The Wave" is ridiculous and it's time to bring it to an end. Since "The Wave" is normally performed with 30,000+ fans, it would be impossible to fine everybody that performs the act. Instead, I suggest nipping it in the bud, whenever someone is seen trying to start "The Wave", they should be fined between $25-$100. Signed, competent fans.
