Finish the process of metrication as started more than thirty years ago.

Currently, we are one of only three countries left in the world that use customary units, the other two being Liberia and Burma. This greatly hinders our ability to trade and do business with other countries of the world. International scientific ventures are also hindered, and we have lost more than one space probe due to problems converting between metric and imperial units. Studies have also pointed to metrication helping to improve student scores in math and science, rather than having to convert between metric and imperial units. Our imperial units are officially defined by the metric system since 1866, and it is high time to finish the process of converting our country to the metric system and finally joining the 21st century.
