The Korean war, as most people know, begun in the 1950's and still goes on today. Since the war is still technically not over and Kim Jong-Un seems dedicated to idea of unification of the two Koreas under Communism like his father and grandfather. It seems like the best idea would be to end the war officially. There are only two ways that something like that could happen:
either
A. Both (or just one) signer gets rid of the Armistice, we go back into a bloody war in Korea, and we force North Korea to surrender by our sheer military might
or
B. We convince both sides into a final peace treaty.
Of course if we and our allies go to war with Korea, we must hit them before they hit one of our allies. That is after all the point of getting something done ASAP
