Fire all congressman, senators, and representatives and start with a clean slate.

I would like to petition that all current public officials are removed from their seats who have been in place longer than three (3) years, and that a term limit of four (4) years is enforced on any public position. Furthermore, I would like to petition that this reform to also include a limit set on the amount of campaign funds any official can accumulate during any campaign for a public position, including but not limited to, President of the United States, Senators, congressmen/congresswomen, governors, etc...
