In the wake of the Supreme Court's 2010 ruling Citizens United v. FEC, the Federal Election Commission has not responded with needed regulation to fix our broken campaign finance system. President Obama made a campaign promise to fix our broken campaign system. The current commission is deadlocked along party lines just like congress.
We all as citizens have but one vote, but billionaires through their super PACs have a much louder voice and are placing undue influence on our elections.
Please Mr President, appoint six new commissioners to do the job that is needed.
