fire all top-level IRS officials for abuse of government power over the targetting of Tea Party and "patriot" groups.

Created by F.H. on May 11, 2013

The abuse of government authority is a firing offense for any federal employee or appointee.

The IRS has publically acknowledged that its employees have unfairly and specifically targetted Tea Party, "patriot" and other conservative groups because of their political affiliations, there is no question that an abuse of government authority has been committed.

The IRS is an arm of the Treasury Department reporting directly to the President of the United States. President Obama needs to set an example that abuse of government authority within his administration is not tolerated and terminate IRS Commissioner Douglas Shulman along his top-level officials from their positions.

Commissioner Douglas and his top-level officials ultimately hold responsibilty for the actions of the IRS.
