Fire Army Corps District Commander Col. John W. Henderson for breaching the 1st Amendment @ Standing Rock

Created by C.B. on November 26, 2016

On Nov 25, 2016 Army Corps District Commander Col. John W. Henderson made a public declaration that he will evict the Water Protectors from north of Cannonball. From public land. By Dec 5, 2016.
He further declared that Native Americans and US citizens must move to what he, alone, has declared a "the free speech zone" south of that river.
The 1st Amendment of our Constitution states that 100% of the United States is a Free Speech Zone. No US Army Corps employee of We the People has the right to limit Free Speech to some arbitrarily selected location. This land is Indian Reservation Land and even further protected from such a violation.
The President - is sworn to uphold the Constitution.
As CEO he is responsible for the actions of all public officials and must correct Henderson!
