fire Attorney General Eric Holder. Mr. Holder has not performed his duties as the attorney general.

Created by J.J. on July 19, 2013

Eric Holder has not performed the duties he swore to uphold as the attorney general of the U.S.

He has refused to enforce laws that have been established and set forth by congress and signed into law by the president.

It is not the job of law enforcement officials to decide the laws and perform the task of legislation, rather, it is their job to enforce them.

He is the first sitting cabinet member to be held in contempt of congress, ever.

Furthermore, Mr. Holder has been dishonest. He has not conformed to the core values set forth by the Department of Justice, specifically: Honesty and Integrity.

Finally, he is meddling in the state of Florida's legal affairs.

As a an employee of the American public, Eric Holder must be terminated immediately for insubordination and misconduct.
