Ayo Kimathi is an acquisition specialist for ICE. He also runs a blatantly racist and violent website that advocates the killing of Whites and Blacks who do not subscribe to his ideology. Whereas ICE by the very nature of its mission interacts with all varieties of races and ethnicities, to have a racist violent militant working within the organization is counterproductive to the success of said mission and an affront to those whom ICE is meant to serve. As an acquisitions specialist he could easily order extra resources and keep them to further his radical aims. Worst of all if he were to transfer or be promoted into a law enforcement capacity he could fulfill his violent and racist desires against innocent people. Ayo Kimathi must have his employment terminated.
