Charles Kelly has constantly shown he is inept and incapable of doing his job properly. He is ruining the college careers of many athletes at Florida State University by not preparing them. He sends out players to be embarrassed on national television every weekend. His defensive play calling abilities and defensive schemes are perhaps the worst in college footballs modern era.
