The current Administrator of the Veterans Administration has bot to be the worst thing to happen to America's Veterans since Abraham Lincoln laid its foundation.
I go online to check my VA Disability Claim status. So today it says that my claim is in the evidence stage and they need a document from me. I go in to find what they want, and it doesn't show up on the computer, although it says that its listed "below". It says that an official letter was mailed out on the 14th - which I never received, today is the 22nd. It goes on to say that a response is due by the 28th! Hard to respond to something when you don't know what they want. So I call the VA in Roanoke - waiting time is 27 minutes on the phone! Their computers are currently down for the next 2 hrs, call back then!
