Medical marijuana is legal in many states, yet the War on Drugs continues to put federal policy in direct conflict with state policies.
At a bare minimum, We the People demand that we have a DEA chief that at least pretends to understand the medical marijuana issue rather than refuses to answer a direct question. It is disrespectful at worst and incompetent at best.
