Emeryville, CA Police Chief Ken James recently spoke at a press conference and stated that "the thought of a gun being used for self defense is a myth"... he also went on to say that "guns are for offense and intimidation only". By this government official making this statement he is blatantly infringing the second amendment and I refuse to have my tax dollars going to this man any longer... we the people demand that he be releived of duty.
