Eric Holder should be fired for the following reasons:
* Guantanimo Bay, Cuba. Mr. Holder has been unwilling to find a solution for this issue.
* Drone strikes. Mr. Holder advocates the use of drones to commit extrajudicial execution against persons on foreign soil, in nations where we are not at war.
* Marijuana law. Mr. Holder is willfully ignoring the overwhelming consesus of the scientific community in insisting that marijuana continue to be classified as a Scedule 1 narcotic.
* Fast and Furious. During Mr. Holder's watch, the DOJ observed illegal weapon sales but failed to interdict those weapons.
* AP subpoena. The DOJ secretly obtained phone records from the AP in violation of the law and its own policy.
Mr. Holder is unfit to serve this country and needs to go.
