I believe that since the people appointed to all said public offices such as the house of representatives ,congress and the president cannot perform the duties appointed to them. Such as avoiding the fiscal cliff. That they lose their jobs such as any other person who does not perform satisfactory at their jobs.
They work for the people of the United States of America, we do not work for them.
