FBI Director James Comey violated the ethical standards of his office by releasing unauthorized information about Hillary Clinton. He did so knowing that is was an ethical violation and that it would have an adverse effect on the Presidential Election of 2016. This effects all citizens of the United States, and of the world. Former Bush Ethics Lawyer Richard Painter has filed a Hatch Act Violation complaint against Director Comey.
