The American people will never know if Mr. Comey, in his public discussions of Secretary Clinton's email use from July of this year until only two days before the election was determinative in the results of the 2016 election, but his actions demonstrated an appalling lack of judgement, violated Justice Department guidance and has made him unfit to lead the FBI.
