Federal employees (no matter position) are subject to the same tax laws as the American people they represent and should not be allowed to hide behind their position in the government to get away with not paying the taxes they owe.
Being employed by the Federal Government and by extension the American people, EVERY Federal employee should be held to the same level if not higher than the people they represent.
Please join me in petitioning that every man or woman who works for us should not be allowed to skip out on paying their taxes simply because they are federal employees. If they are 1 year delinquent on their taxes they no longer deserve the honor of working for the America people and should have to pay or seek employment elsewhere.
