Tell President Obama to fire Federal Housing Finance Agency Director Edward DeMarco and appoint someone who will fight for American homeowners, not Wall Street.
DeMarco has shown time and time again that he has a bias for Wall Street. This is truly a case of the fox watching the hen house, and it must be changed. He is now over Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, and his decisions over and over again have indicated that he cannot come down on the side of American homeowners. His mindset cannot benefit American homeowners, much less America.
He is a holdover from the Bush Administration, and he clearly has the same mindset now as he had then. We implore President Obama to begin surrounding himself with diverse minds -- not diverse hearts.
