Gil Kerlikowske, as the acting Director of the Office of National Drug Control Policy needs to take responsibility for mishandling our nation's drug policy.
He has once again wasted a great opportunity to explain to the public why he refuses to change some of America's harmful drug policies.
If Mr. Kerlikowske does not want to make these necessary changes to our nation's drug policy, then we need to replace him with someone who is willing to do the dirty work for the American people.
