Graham Spanier is a former President of Penn State University and participated in the cover up crimes of child rape by Jerry Sandusky on college's campus as documented in the Freeh Report, http://thefreehreportonpsu.com/ His actions as President of PSU do not merit federal or governmental employment other then a job he may obtain while a prisoner.
