Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius has let down the President and the American people by failing at properly implementing a simple website and preventing millions of people from being able to sign up for health care.
She talks and talks and talks and says nothing and admits to even less.
It is HER fault that the healthcare website does not work.
