In light of the fact that the Department of Health and Human Services has spent over $600 million over the past 3 years on a website that is marginally functional, to wit: healthcare.gov;
And that HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius is ultimately responsible for the failures and shortcomings of the Department under her control;
And further that on 24 Jul 2012, Press Secretary Jay Carney stated on MSNBC's "Morning Joe" program, "The President will not tolerate poor performance...at any agency, and when he finds out about it, he acts on it.";
We, the undersigned, call for the immediate resignation or termination of employment of Secretary Sebelius.
