Everyday students are suffering from ineffective teachers.
If there are ineffective teachers in the classroom the outcome might not be so good. Having ineffective teachers can hurt lives, the economy, and many more things. I suggest that there should be supervisors in the classroom to supervise teachers to see how their doing. Hiring supervisors to supervise teachers will obviously create public sector jobs.
