James B. Comey should be relieved of his duties as Director of the FBI. In an attempt to protect his integrity, he has inserted the FBI into the middle of the 2016 presidential contest just days before the election. There is no way to judge for certain how damaging his egregious lack of judgement will be for Hillary Clinton at the top of the ticket or for down ballot house and senate candidates. I do not believe Mr. Comey intentionally set out to influence this election. However, he broke Justice Department rules about releasing investigatory material close to an election that might sway that election. Democrats and Republicans alike believe that Mr. Comey should be fired, albeit for very different reasons. Mr. Comey must go!
