Whereas:
Homeland Security has done nothing but spend money.
Homeland Security has done nothing to make us safer.
Homeland Security has not resulted in better communications among agencies.
Homeland Security is a failed experiment.
Therefore:
We petition for the firing of Janet Napolitano to be followed immediately by the dissolution of the entire Homeland Security Agency.
