Fire Kathleen Sebelius for failure to manage or be informed on her department's major initiative

Kathleen Sebelius has told congress that the ACA on-line enrollment program would be ready to go on Oct. 1st. She said this less then 10 days before the roll out. With the horrendous roll of the enrollment program, how is the country supposed to feel that she has has competently set up the other aspects of the ACA.
