Fire Kathleen Sebelius as Secretary of Health and Human Services for failing to manage web site development.

Secretary Sebelius failed to exercise good management of one of the most important and visible government projects in the past one hundred years. Her failure to exercise acceptable project management or require accountability from those reporting to her has destroyed her credibility and shattered confidence in the Affordable Care Act. This petition is not intended to relieve any others who share in responsibility for this failure or to indicate opposition to either the president's goals or health care reform.
