Fire Kentucky Clerk Kim Davis for failing to meet the conditions of her employment, and gross negligence.

Created by R.F. on August 29, 2015

When the Supreme Court makes a ruling, even if it runs contrary to personal beliefs, it is the job of anyone associated to respect and abide by that ruling. Kim Davis should be fired for not fulfilling the duties of her position as described by the Rowan County judicial system. Like any other employee anywhere else in the U.S., failure to comply with an order, repeatedly, should result in termination. She is no better than anyone else in the work force.
