This petition demands that the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of California, Melinda Haag be removed from her position.
In lieu of A.G. Eric Holder's memo regarding Cannabis legalization in CO and WA, Ms. Haag continues to prosecute Medical Cannabis dispensaries, growers and patients.
The citizens and VOTERS of California approved our Medical Cannabis laws and the A.G. of our state wrote sufficient guidelines to be followed.
The outrageous behavior of this U.S. Attorney and her staff have caused needless suffering and anxiety to hundreds of thousands of Medical Cannabis patients and their caregivers. THIS NEEDS TO BE STOPPED !!
