Fire members of Congress if they fail to do their jobs

Created by S.G. on January 29, 2014

The approval rating for the job Congress is doing recently dipped to 9%. NINE PERCENT! You can bet that any working American delivering such poor results in any other field would most definitely be fired. As it stands members of Congress are not accountable in any regard and this is a huge mistake leading to inefficiency at best and social/economic destruction at worst. We the people demand that public servants in such an influential position be held accountable for their professional legacy. We expect the government to instate performance metrics to ensure that members of Congress perform a satisfactory job. Anyone failing to meet minimum standards should vacate office in favor of a more suitable candidate. Let's encourage competition instead of entitlement. It's the American way.
