Recently, Colorado's taken initiative in legalizing cannabis. While I applaud this action taken by CO government officials, I feel it's not enough simply because it's unfair to the rest of America.
There are many benefits which stem from legalizing cannabis for medical and adult recreational use. Financial gains from taxation of cannabis and hemp can literally save our faltering economy. Alternative fuels can be produced from hemp which can substantially reduce our carbon footprint on the environment.
Why do we live in a world where it's legally permitted to ingest tobacco laden with nicotine & other harmful ingredients? Haven't tobacco, alcohol, & pharmaceutical companies gotten rich enough from America? Remove those under your employ that deny us this solace. What would Jesus do?
