Michele Leonhart has been ignoring state laws and the will of the American people by persecuting medical marijuana dispensaries.
She refuses to have a rational discussion on the declassification of marijuana from schedule I to a lower level, even in the face of scientific evidence of it's efficacy in certain medical conditions.
