Michele Leonhart DEA Head Bush admin appointment, renominated by Obama admin. She is the reason for the about-face of the current administration's policy on Legal Dispensaries in MED MJ States. President Obama promised CA "no justice dept funds would be used to close legal state dispensaries" and indeed for 2yrs the Feds left states like CA and CO alone. Two years ago after re-nominating Leonhart the Obama admin has now surpassed the Bush admin treatment of dispensaries. Raiding, confiscation, incarcerations of sick people and those that help them. It's time to really change - lets get some fresh minds in these positions, starting with Leonhart's resignation as head of the DEA.
