Michele Leonhart is defiant and insubordinate to President Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder's orders to allow states to enact their own medical marijuana laws. Ms. Leonhart has been proven incompetent for the position she holds within the DEA, unable to admit that marijuana is safer than heroin. Ms. Leonhart is using her authority to obstruct Constitutionally-sanctioned research into the cannabis plant, while her organization uses military tactics to raid businesses in states that are compliant with the law. As a result of Ms. Leonhart's outdated policies, sick patients face a constant risk of being arrested. If any civilian was as insubordinate to their superiors as Ms. Leonhart, they would be subject to termination. It's time to find someone competent for the job, Mr. Obama.
