It is long past time for Leonhart to be gone. This relic of the War On Main Street is a vile and twisted bureaucrat without a single redeeming quality who has an antiquated and false understanding of the true cost of incarcerating people who do no harm to anyone. The only harm comes from incarcerating people and ruining their lives.
The war on drugs has Failed miserably. Fossils like Leonhart are going to cling to the only thing they know and that's the profit that continue to come to themselves.
