Fire NSA director James Clapper for lying to Congress

Created by T.D. on June 12, 2013

James Clapper, Director of the National Intelligence Agency lied to Congress about NSA surveillance.

At an open congressional hearing on March 12th 2013, Sen. Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) asked James Clapper, 'Does the NSA collect any type of data at all on millions or hundreds of millions of Americans?' Clapper replied, 'No sir ... not wittingly.' As we all now know, he was lying.

Whereas there is indisputable evidence that James Clapper lied to Congress, the minimum we ask is that he be fired from his position at NSA.

Furthermore, it should also be considered whether or not Clapper is guilt of being in Contempt of Congress and if criminal charges should be pursued.
