fire the old folks but hire the ones with the most degree, skills and experience. The old folks are old & un-accountable

Our government is full of old folks with old skills and ideals. Yes, they were once accountable and needed, but not anymore. New generation are developing and are growing up with new ways of running the government, and with the perfect strategies. I beleive that each generation have their own ways of thinking and knowledge of working. For ex; like our generation. This is another reason why a lot of teens and adult waiste there time on doing drugs and other unnecessary choice and actions, because they get tired of educating themeself just so they can get a better job or to even to work as an assistant in our government, but their degrees are not being used or accepted. A lot of teens and adult are aiming for better jobs, especially in the government. & I believe that we are capable to help.
