Susan Tsui Grundmann's term as Chair of the United States Merit Systems Protection Board [MSPB] is about to end. Lets work to see that her appointment is NOT renewed! Susan Tsui Grundmann is a seriously flawed chair as she employs and continues to hire and employ judges who never rule against the government and nearly always rule around 100% of the time against whistle blowers and other wrongfully terminated government employees.
The time has come to fire Susan Tsui Grundmann. She's failed to perform the most basic duties of her appointed position. The MSPB is a kangaroo court stocked with judges who do little to no legitimate unbiased work to the detriment of our nation's justice system!
