US Attorney Wagner, in violation of both Federalism and Obama's stated priorities in prosecuting medical marijuana cases, has been using his office as a bully pulpit to intimidate, shut down, and confiscate the assets of citizens in California.
He is seeking 15 years for a father of two who was acting in compliance with the laws of California, paying taxes and payroll, and so forth.

Wagner is additionally abusing his federal powers to seize the assets of people who are only tenuously connected to medical marijuana, for example landlords whose tenants grew pot on their land in violation of their lease.
