On Dec 20, 2013 U.S. District Judge Robert Shelby ruled to strike down Utah's constitutional amendment that defined marriage as strictly between 1 man and 1 woman. This amendment was passed by a 66% majority of Utah citizens. We call on President Obama to do the right thing and fire Judge Robert Shelby and any other judge who over steps their authority and violates the US constitution's 10th amendment.
