US Rep Diana Degette, who is the primary sponsor of the bill to ban high capacity magazines nationwide, absurdly claims that high capacity magazines can only be used one time, and once the bullets are gone, you can't re-use the magazines. But not only cant you re-use them, they actually disappear. The fact that she pushed this bill into legislation without adequate or accurate knowledge shows that she is unfit to represent the people who elected her, and brings into question her knowledge of any other bill she may have had a hand in creating.
