Dear Mr. President,
I would like to take some of your time to propose to you what I think will save many people life's and give them the chance to explain what really happened.
I would know if there is a way to manufacture bullets for home owners who like to have guns to just paralyze the suspect until Law Enforcement has a chance to arrive.
And those who like have bullets with gun powder have to acquire a special licences .
I think this will stop the meaningless death of many life's .
