The use of firearms for "sport", except during appropriate hunting seasons, is a serious form of noise pollution that effects all life in the environment and should therefore be restricted to enclosed sound-containment facilities. The second amendment gives the right to bear arms, but it does not give the right to pollute the environment with noise and lead.
