Freedom of the press in the United States is protected by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution
Deporting Piers Morgan for speaking out against current gun control laws would clearly be a violation of the First Amendment as guaranteed by our Constitution.
Furthermore citing protection of the Second Amendment as a reason to do so is ridiculous because the First Amendment would trump the Second Amendment, because it's First.
